Genius Money work with contractors and businesses to provide smarter, compliant models enabling them to payroll their sub-contractors without risk from HMRC investigation. We work on behalf of clients within the construction industry offering a variety of employment solutions such as, compliance protection, labour tracking software, payroll and recruitment
We are rapidly growing and are now looking for experienced, driven and forward-thinking Sales executive/Telemarketers/Lead generators and 360 sales representatives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
To generate new business through telephone sales activities
To produce and update scripting where necessary to generate optimum results for the sales team
To meet, as a minimum, agreed sales and performance targets
Forecast pipeline daily/weekly and monthly by controlling all call backs and advising wider team of opportunities in progress
To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investigating additional areas of need for the company's services during all telephone and face to face contact with clients and candidates (upsell and referral)
To exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and at all times to promote the services offered by the company
To make client service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business in addition to consolidating the relationship and monitoring the service provided
To work within the scope of the company pricing policy
To adhere to company terms and conditions of business
Key Skills / Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation/face-to-face sales is essential
* Ability to handle objections from both clients and prospects
* Computer literate
* Proven track record in providing quality leads/sales.
* Ability to deal with prospects at all levels
* Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail is essential
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
