Within this role you will be responsible for:
  • Building excellent customer relationships
  • Communicating with customers via telephone
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
  • Providing product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Ensuring Tech Data maintains service levels agreements with customers
  • Selling the benefits of using Tech Data
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner
  • Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed
  • Enthusiasm for new tasks and eagerness to drive their careers
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Sales or account management experience desirable but not necessary.

An Assessment Centre will be held virtually on Thursday 7th April 2022.

Start Date - Monday 9th May 2022 (Non flexible) You will be required to attend ALL training sessions throughout May up to and including Friday May 27th 2022

Location - Basingstoke

Salary - £18,525k basic plus commission OTE £26,000
