Job description

A housing association based in Greater London is seeking a Repairs Officer to deal with the large amount of repairs and maintenance enquiries that come in.

The main roles and responsibilities will be:

Being the first point of contact for all repairs calls
Monitoring the email inbox
Diagnosing repairs and passing on to the relevant teams if needed
Liaising with all members of the organisation regarding needs of customers
Managing stakeholders
Liaising with contractors and maintenance
Generating SOR codes
Doing all admin associated with the post
Updating the repairs system
Using CIVICAFor the role we are looking for as a priority:

An experienced repairs officer
Used to taking high volume of repairs calls
Great customer service skills
Quick and accurate typing skills
Experienced using Civica ideally (this is the housing management system)
CRM systems experience
