PROPERTY LOCUM - REQUIRED ASAP - REMOTE WORKING
A remote working opportunity is available with a small Devon based firm looking for support with predominantly residential property cases and some light commercial matters.
The successful locum needs to be available for an ASAP start, ideally on a full-time basis and you will be provided with a laptop to work from home. The caseload is a high street mix of residential sales, purchases, remortgages etc with some light commercial property cases alongside. As the firm are recruiting on a permanent basis, this role could run for up to 3 months.
Secretarial support is on offer and the hourly rate is £30 - 35 per hour.
