About the role

We're looking to hire a dynamic HR Project Manager to join our Packaging business on a 2 year fixed-term contract to assist with a period of change in the business. You will be supporting the delivery of several projects and ensuring that they are implemented effectively.

In this position you will plan resources, manage risks and issues, motivate teams, and much more, all with the goal of executing projects to a high standard and meeting milestones related to budget, results, time, etc. Working closely with the HR Delivery Lead, you will be expected to facilitate exchanges across several business functions and coordinate work done by various colleagues, before reporting back to the HR Director with regular updates about the status of projects.

About you

Minimum requirements:

* Experience working in complex, international environments

* Experience in delivering HR activities and projects including Talent, Recruitment, Reward and Employee Relations

* Strong data analysis skills

* Well organised and proactive

* Effective stakeholder management skills

Preferred requirements:

* Recognised project management qualification

* Experience working with MS Project, Excel and Visio

* Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS

* Proven experience in change management and process improvement

Location: Homebased, preferably commutable to Central London. This position also has potential to be based at our Divisional Office in Diegem, Belgium
