Due to the continued expansion of our search capabilities, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Product (Search) to lead our Search strategy. About the role We are hugely ambitious about evolving our search experience and you will have the ability to identifying ways to improve matching for job and candidate searches but also scoping data science projects to assist in search and matching Provide product leadership and direction to the business by having ownerships of job search and candidate search across CV-Library and Resume-Library websites and mobile apps Develop long term implementation strategies and value propositions that maximise opportunities to CV-Library and Resume-Library, enhancing performance for our Jobseeker and Recruiter users for commercial growth Complete competitor analysis and have a deep understanding the product offering. Plan and engage with the appropriate stakeholders at relevant stages across product, planning, development and go live stages Building a backlog of epics and user stories to give your team and the business visibility of your direction and priorities Have a deep understanding how your product creates value for customers and track daily data to keep track of success drivers Propose new ideas for the product roadmap based on insight from user data and market research. Work collaboratively with UX, data science and development to deliver exciting new features Gather, interpret KPIs and customer feedback to provide input and challenge to plans Be responsible for leading a team of varying level Business Analysts, nurturing their ambition and growth, encouraging and maintaining a focus on continual learning and supporting them to succeed Providing them with leadership, mentoring and coaching to develop their performance, introducing new and agile ways of working Skills and Experience Previous experience within a similar role but active experience in SOLR, Elastic Search, Big Query and Google Analytics Customer centric and outcomes driven Experience in online product management, partnering with a cross functional technology team and leading product prioritisation and delivery of user-facing functionality This will need to be demonstrated with previously created high impact products You will have owned the strategy and lead products successfully throughout their lifecycle Be a strong problem solver and effective communicator to lead and champion your team A demonstrable track record of successful digital product management, driving customer satisfaction and large-scale growth within an Agile environment High attention to detail for precise and effective user-centric design to solve customer problems Comfortable being challenging and being challenged on a numerical and product basis to ensure all decisions are grounded in data to drive success Lead through influence, guiding multiple teams with your product vision, and generating excitement for your work
