Job Title: Domestic Sales Manager - Fire & Smoke Curtains

Area to be covered: South (will be expected to travel to where projects are)

Must be based: Hampshire or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + potential small end of year bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed car + full benefits package

The role of the Domestic Sales Manager - Fire & Smoke Curtains will involve:

· Domestic Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of fire & smoke curtains

· Majority of your time will be spent selling to private homeowners / developers and small contractors and installers

· Will be an element of generating specification with architects, explaining how to install on projects etc

· Turnover target between £500k- £1m

· Order values ranging from £5k-£12k

· All of your work will be reactive from incoming enquires and lead generated for you

· Spending approximately 2 days out on the road with remaining 3 working from the office

The ideal applicant will be a Domestic Sales Manager - Fire & Smoke Curtains with:

· Must have sold a technical product such as; ventilation systems, fire curtains, plumbing & heating, acoustics, automatic doors etc

· Would consider somebody working internally that's looking to step out onto the road a few days a week

· Must have sold to homeowners, developers, small contractors, installers, architects

· Ideally have knowledge of HVAC related products

· Must be Technically capable to learn about new products

· Personable, hungry, self-motivated

· Go Getter, Determined, relationship builder

· Well organised and good administration skills
