Job description

Customer Support Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Customer Support Administrator:
- Order processing
- Data entry and answering the telephone
- Provide fantastic customer support
- Review orders received
- Liaising with customers
- Assisting in the after sales department

Requirements for this position:
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above
- Strong telephone manner
- Competent computer skills

A little more about this Customer Support Administrator position:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
