We now have an opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic, Customer Service Team Leader to join our Head Office in Fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to help with the continuing expansion of the UK's fastest growing job board.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the day to day running of our clients' accounts and ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service.
Resolving any queries customers may have using our site, either over the phone, email or live chat.
Confidently and effectively dealing with complaints, acting as a point of initial escalation for clients, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
Manage and support the team through quality audits, performance reviews, and one-to-ones.
Work closely with department managers regarding team performance and client issues.
Providing feedback on trends, errors and potential process improvements.
Monitor targets to ensure that each team member is reaching their daily and monthly KPIs.
Provide training and support where appropriate to new and existing team members
Attend client visits and conducting on-site training sessions when required.
Knowledge and experience
Experienced Team Leader or Supervisor
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff
Experience with challenging customers; seeking solutions to avoid complaints
Good IT skills using MS Office programs, email and CRM systems
Adaptable and flexible approach
Have a strong customer focus and telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
A desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills
Have a focused and self-motivated approach to work
Previous experience in working within a fast paced and ever-changing customer service environment.
