Compliance Specialist
This opportunity is working with one of the world's leading healthcare and cosmetics companies and will play a key role in the Quality Compliance department within a large manufacturing site, sending high quality products all over the world.
Salary & Benefits:
£45k + excellent company benefits
Role and responsibilities:
*Implement SOPs that ensure quality and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing plant
*Oversee internal auditing activities and follow ups in line with inspection readiness
*Maintain a solid knowledge base of GMP guidelines, industry best practice and regulatory agency requirements
*Management of the complaint handling process
*Act as subject matter expert for change controls and CAPAs
*Establish and run training for GMP and QA processes
Requires skills and qualifications:
*Strong experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or cosmetics
*Proven track record in working to improve quality systems and compliance in a manufacturing environment
*Excellent communication skills; managing training sessions
*Good working knowledge of GMP guidelines
