Branch Administrator/ Resourcing Consultant - Permanent
LOCATION: ANDOVER
SALARY: £20,000 pa (plus opportunity to earn bonus if desired), 22 days holiday, rising by 1 day a year, plus Birthday holiday, health care scheme and weekly breakfast club
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our successful ANDOVER team, working within a very varied role, based on reception, supporting a busy temporaries desk and the whole branch with all aspects of administration (payroll, data input, audit, referencing, customer service, window displays, stationary orders, holiday and P45 processing), as well as the opportunity to source for permanent vacancies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Must have customer service experience/ skills
Effective communication skills, written and spoken
Calm under pressure, confident and enthusiastic
Computer literate - Microsoft office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Ideally previous database experience, but not essential, as training can be given
Ideally previous office experience
