*About this job:*

As an Associate Director Risk Assessment & Monitoring, you will be a part of the Ethics & Compliance team, where you will lead both the design and execution of globalization and enhancements to E&C Risk Assessments and Monitoring. Additionally, role will be responsible to delivering Global insights and reporting from E&C Risk Assessment & Monitoring activities.

*The post holder will:*

* Globalise Compliance risk assessment (CRA) activity by working with affiliates and project work-stream to design enhancements to risk assessment model, embed these changes and to support execution of risk assessments by E&C affiliate leads.

* Design and Implement organizational structures, tools, templates and supporting data analytics to raise the global standard of monitoring

* Consolidate trends of findings and Corrective Actions & Preventative Actions (CAPAs) from CRAs and Monitoring to generate regional and global reporting for E&C Leadership team.

* Propose regional and Global CAPAs from Risk Assessment and Monitoring and track completion providing support to action owners as needed.

* Work with Global Investigations team to identify learnings which can enhance monitoring

* Generate insights from data analysis and recommend targeted interventions, including trend analysis, review of monitoring findings and data, and other ad-hoc analysis to deliver timely, data-driven insights to leadership.

* Understand opportunities and challenges of Compliance teams, and drive reporting, analysis, interventions and improvements to meet those needs.

* Drive continuous improvement of Compliance reporting and the risk analytics tools and products, including proposing new key risk indicators and enhancing current KRIs through relationships with key business stakeholders to identify things that could impact risk analytics.

* Develop business requirements for new risk analytics tools and products using business knowledge and stakeholder feedback.

* Deliver or oversee key risk analytics projects and initiative

* Partner with other functions including IS, AIA and Internal audit and lead external consultant project team members to support the above priorities.

*Essential Knowledge & Experience:*

* Significant Pharma sector experience with strong customer focus in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.

* Track-record of delivering change within organisations

* Experience of building analytical capabilities.

* Proven compliance expertise leading risk assessment, monitoring and investigation activities.

*Preferred Knowledge & Experience:*

* Fluent in written and verbal business English

* Graduate or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.

*Educations/Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
