A well-established office furniture manufacturer operating within a 28,000 square foot premises located in Upper Clatford, Andover is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join its expanding team. Full training will be given. You will enjoy free on-site parking.
The company designs and manufactures office pods, booths and screens with bespoke, sleek and modern designs. All products adhere to all relevant British Standards and European Directives and have been tested by FIRA. The company is also certified to PEFC.
The role will be approximately 20 hours per week. Start, finish times and days to be worked are flexible and can be fitted around school hours etc.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Sales ledger Purchase ledger Reconciliations Other administrative tasks, such as petty cash etc. To be a successful Accounts Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
Previous accounts experience in the above mentioned tasks Previous experience using Sage Accounting would be beneficial
